How to see payment history?
Update: Our tech team has included payment details on the platform as of March 22, 2023. You will still receive the details of a payment from payments@medcase.health before and after your payment is processed. These details include: project name, month of work, total hours, fees and total amount. If you would like to receive a pdf to confirm a specific payment or CSV file of all payments, please contact support@medcase.health or chat with us.
View your payment history at Medcase by clicking the payments icon on the left side of your dashboard and then clicking the payment history tab
Clicking the blue arrow will bring up the details of that specific payment, including project, month of work and hours, fees, status of the payment and total:
If you require further details such as confirmation of payments in PDF or a CSV of all your payments, please contact support.
