Using the Chat Widget to contact Support

At any time while using the Medcase website, or the help center, you can access a Support widget on the bottom right of your browser window, which looks like a blue circle with a ? symbol. If you click it, you will get the following options:

“Answers” contains quick links to some frequently asked questions and the solutions. If you click on “Ask” you’ll find our direct contact options.

If you click on “Email” please do fill out the fields with the requested information, and explain your problem in detail, including any screenshots if possible. This message will be sent to our Support team and you will receive a response via email directly. From there, it’s possible to continue the conversation with Support within your email client.

If you click “Chat” you will be taken to a live chat window. Please input the message regarding the support you need, and someone from Support will connect shortly.

When you get a response, you can use the chat functions normally, and your browser window will ping each time you receive a new message. You can add emoji and pictures to your message.

When you’ve gotten the support you needed, you can end the chat by clicking “end chat” on the upper right corner.

Once the chat has been closed, you will receive a copy of the log in your email. From there, you can continue the conversation if you need further help by simply responding to the copy of the chat. Our Support team will get back to you via email, too.
