Using the Medcase Dashboard & Schedule in your profile.

The Dashboard within your Medcase Account has received a facelift as part of a new update, which will make working on your projects much easier and more streamlined. Now, you will be able to view your upcoming tasks and appointments in a simple schedule.

To the right, you’ll find your schedule for the day. In the center of the dashboard, when it's time for an on-call visit, you’ll see a button to start the visit. Underneath, you’ll find the Virtual Waiting Room, with the number of patients on queue. Do note that this waiting room is not exclusive to you; any other providers that are online may take patients from the waiting room.

When your next task is scheduled, you’ll see the banner highlighted in Green. Click Start Visit to go into the virtual meeting room, and wait for the patient.

If you have nothing upcoming for the day, you will be greeted by a blank dashboard like this:
