How to use Clockify

Clockify, our time-tracking tool, records work hours for accurate payout. Precise tracking ensures smooth payment processing. In this guide, you will learn how to properly use this tool to track your time working and receive your payment accordingly.

To begin, you have to create a Clockify account. You will either do this after receiving and invitation or link from your Project Manager. Upon logging-in, please input your first and last names as shown below:

After creating the account, you can log in normally in the Clockify Website. After accessing the account, you'll be greeted by the Clockify Dashboard. Please select the correct workspace in the top right, as instructed by your Project Manager.

Then, choose your project and task (as instructed by your project manager) and enter the description of what you are working on in the field "What are you working on?"

When you're ready, just click on "START" to begin tracking time. The button will turn red to STOP and time will begin being tracked. When you have finished, just click on STOP.

The entry of your current session will then be recorded. If you have paused but will continue working later, you can just click on the "Play" button. If you need to pause again, click STOP. To delete a session, click on the vertical dots on the far right of the entry, and choose "Delete"

Following these simple steps is the best way to properly track your time worked, which will be reviewed by your Project Manager in order to calculate your payment. If you require more help in regards to Clockify, make sure to ask your Project Manager or contact support at support@medcase.health.
