Extra Verification Checks for Special Projects

As of 2023, some of our clients have updated their verification requirements to include a debarment check and monthly credentialing monitor provided by our partner, CertifyOS. All current and past participants on these projects are be required to undergo this process.

To start this process, you will open your custom link to a CertifyOS Form emailed to you from onboarding@medcase.health. The form will take your approximately ±10 minutes to fill out, depending on how many of your numbers you have memorized / have on hand.
